So today the choir had competition today in San Diego (the choir came down to S.D. yesterday). We placed 2nd! Whoo!! :D All of the Connelly parents keep saying that we were "robbed" of 1st place, but I guess there are some ups and downs to it.  Ups: Winners have to host the competition next year. Since we got 2nd, it saves Dehn a whole lot of stress on trying to find a large place to host the competition. Downs: Apparently a lot of the choir members and parents keep saying that the choir group who won 1st doesn't deserve to win it since they were bad. (>__>;; I can't say much since I sort of slept through that choir...we had to wake up at 5am and get there at 7am! D:) But overall, I'm happy with our placing...we were in the top 3 and that's all I hoped for. So it came true and I'm happy. *nod nod*

So I'm staying behind with my parents here in San Diego. We visited the Old San Diego and also visited the Whalely House (one of the most haunted places in Cali.).  We decided to leave early since there was a bunch of people filming a documentary there. ^^; Didn't run into any ghosts...they probably like to come out at night more anyways.  Tomorrow I'm going to go to the S.D. Zoo! :D Animals~! Yay!
